1. Digital Service Policy

 


All our services (Shopify design, branding, UX enhancements, etc.) are digital and custom-made. Because of this:


🔒 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the design process has started.

 


 

 

2. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

 


We want you to be happy with your store. That’s why we include:

 

  • 1–2 free revisions, depending on the package purchased.

  • ⏱️ Revisions must be requested within 5 days after delivery.

  • Any request beyond the scope of the original service will require a separate quote.

 

 


 

 

3. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered

 


Refunds may be issued in the following rare cases:

 

  • Payment was made by mistake and work has not yet started.

  • There was a duplicate charge.

  • We fail to deliver the service within 30 days without prior communication.

4. No Physical Product Returns

 


BrandCraft does not sell physical products. Therefore, no returns are applicable.

 


 

 

5. Chargebacks

 


Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to ban or blacklist clients who abuse payment systems.
